Shipping & Returns Ordering an Item from Cable Shopping Network? Delivery Time When you place an order, we automatically estimate shipping to be 4-6 weeks away. These shipping and delivery dates estimate when you should recieve your order. This information is also made available in your confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in “My Account”. In most cases, we are able to ship items before this time.

Refunds and Returns To qualify for a full refund, you must return new, unopened items sold by Cable Shopping Network within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return postage is at the buyer's expense. Cable Shopping Network does not offer refunds or accept returns after 60 days of the product's delivery date.
