Ordering an Item from Cable Shopping Network?

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in your order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in “My Account”.

Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling rates for the items we sell are based on the total purchase price of your order.

How are Items Shipped?
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. Orders over $200 are shipped via 2-day air.

Standard Shipping
3 to 5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer
APO/FPO: Deliveries may take up to 21 days
• Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes
• Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers
• Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $200


Two-Day Shipping
2 business days
• No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO
• Items may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground
• Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400
• Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page during checkout.


Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Cable Shopping Network within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are ineligible for refunds.

A Quick Note on Collectible Coins
Many of the coins and currency items sold at Cable Shopping Network have been professionally graded and are sealed within a tamper-proof container or case. These seals and cases contribute to the value of these collectibles and must remain complete, intact and unbroken in order to qualify for a refund.
