Q: I'm a new customer, do my shipping and billing addresses have to be the same?
A: Yes, for your first time order, CSN requires that payments made by credit or debit cards have the same shipping and billing address.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We process most orders with in 24 to 48 hours and
you can expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Only orders placed from Arizona will be charged tax.

Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes, CSN accepts checks for payment. However, keep in mind...
All orders placed using any form of check will be held for twenty-one days after our receipt of the check. This includes personal checks, cashier’s checks, bank drafts or money orders. Product will be shipped after the twenty-one day waiting period has expired.

Established customers with CSN lifetime purchases in excess of $10,000 may be exempt from this hold.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return most new, unopened items sold by Cable Shopping Network within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.

Q: Is my promotional offer still valid?
A: Occasionally, we send promotional emails that contain discount coupons or promotional codes. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon or promotional code.

Products with promotions ordered from TV, such as our QuarterMania offer with free Sacagawea dollars, will be automatically honored. As with all promotions, please note the promo id when placing your order.

Q: Help! Where do I enter my coupon code?
A: If your account does not display a coupon code field on your shopping cart page, you may manually enter the code in the "Order Notes/Special Instructions" comment box on the checkout page. All web orders are reviewed before being submitted for processing. Valid promotion or coupon codes will be applied prior to processing.
